About Us

"Where are you from?"

A simple question that is not easy to answer for us, two sisters with Chinese roots. We grew up in Germany and have always had a complex relationship with our homeland. We often wondered how our lives would have turned out if we had grown up on the other side of the world. The balance between our western environment and our Chinese heritage has awakened a strong curiosity in us to get to know Asian culture better.

In 2023 we traveled to China and got to know the country from a completely new perspective. Contrary to the common prejudices about "Made in China", we found high-quality treasures there such as luxurious silk fabrics and fine Taoci ceramics. These impressions inspired us to create a brand that shows the hidden beauty of Asia and appeals to people with multicultural backgrounds. Our products are intended to help you rediscover your world.
Our brand combines Western minimalism with the artistry of Asian culture. We offer high-quality, unique pieces that combine luxurious materials from Asia with modern design from the West. Our products are more than just wow - they tell a story of cultural fusion that you can experience in your everyday life.
It is a journey of rediscovery and harmony between East and West. We are currently working with passion and heart and soul to develop our first product that reflects exactly this connection. But it is about more than just a beautiful product - it is about authenticity, cohesion and the bridge between cultures.

If you choose us, you are choosing a brand that lives these values. Every day we expand our cultural network and are happy to welcome every new face in our Wasai family.
